This is more of a dessert than a snack so treat it as one instead of a “healthy snack” with the same sort of moderation you would have when eating desserts.


  • 2 C Fresh Coconut Meat or Coconut Creamer
  • ¼ C Almond Milk
  • ¼ C Cacao Powder
  • ¼ C Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • A pinch of Sea Salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender along with a handful of ice cubes and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.  If you want a thicker mousse, add 1 T chia seeds into the blender.
  2. Top with your choice of items (or just enjoy plain):
