These are the easiest and yummiest protein balls around. They are great for on the go snacks and will last in your fridge for a few weeks!
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla protein powder
- 2 T chia seeds
- 2 T collagen powder (optional)
- 1 Cup Almond or Nut butter
- 2 T Honey or Agave
- Zest from 1 lemon (small or large lemon depending on how lemony you want it)
- Juice from 1 large lemon or 2 small lemons
Instructions
- Mix together all dry ingredients in a small bowl (protein powder, chia seeds and collagen powder)
- Blend in almond butter and honey
- Add in lemon zest + juice
- Mix well until forms a “dough”
- If mixture is too dry, add 1 T almond milk at a time until desired consistency is reached
- Roll into balls and store in fridge until ready to eat!
