These are the easiest and yummiest protein balls around.  They are great for on the go snacks and will last in your fridge for a few weeks!


  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 2 T collagen powder (optional)
  • 1 Cup Almond or Nut butter
  • 2 T Honey or Agave
  • Zest from 1 lemon (small or large lemon depending on how lemony you want it)
  • Juice from 1 large lemon or 2 small lemons


  1. Mix together all dry ingredients in a small bowl (protein powder, chia seeds and collagen powder) 
  2. Blend in almond butter and honey
  3. Add in lemon zest + juice
  4. Mix well until forms a “dough”
  5. If mixture is too dry, add 1 T almond milk at a time until desired consistency is reached
  6. Roll into balls and store in fridge until ready to eat!
